Dr. LaTisha Davis is the founder and CEO of ElevatEdD Group, specializing in student retention, student success, and leadership development within educational institutions. With a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Kansas, Dr. Davis effectively combines her extensive academic background with practical experience to drive impactful results.

Before founding ElevatEdD Group, Dr. Davis dedicated over 20 years to various roles in K-12 and higher education. During this time, she developed and implemented programs designed to enhance student retention and success, particularly for first-generation, low-income, and marginalized students. Her leadership played a critical role in establishing initiatives such as summer bridge programs, which offered essential support and resources for incoming students, facilitating a smooth transition to college life.
